- If cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
- In case of earlier departure an amount from 20% to 100% (depending on the period)of the outstanding stay will be asked.
- All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
- All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
- All children from 5 to 8 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
- One child from 9 to 12 years is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
- Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
- Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Credit Cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
